Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various operational tasks related to data management and compliance. The role involves handling managing documentation, setting up client data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Support:

Manage the customer service and court documents inboxes.
Action and distribute voicemails left by customers.
Conduct basic skip tracing and reporting.
Download Proof of Loss documents.
Liaise with and provide instructions to external agents for field calls.Create, run, and monitor dialer campaigns in collaboration with Team Leaders.
2. Data Management:

Set up new client codes in DebtCol.
Ensure client data is accurately maintained.
Process debt load and direct payment files.
Conduct basic accounts reviews and maintenance.
Maintain security and confidentiality of all personal and corporate information.
3. Other:

Prepare and distribute performance reports to managers.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Perform other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by managers.
Skills and Competencies:

Experience in working with instructions and tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to engage as an active listener.
High level of attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office products including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with debt collections software and document management systems.
Familiarity with virtual phone software, call center applications, online chat, and call recording software.
Experience using technology solutions to aid in locating third parties.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry codes, particularly the General Insurance Code of Practice 2020 and ASIC/ACCC Debt Collection Guideline: For Collectors and Creditors. Familiarity with other relevant legislation and codes.


Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' skip tracing experience.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications that support the position are desired but not essential.
Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
