Work Experience
- At least 2 years related experience in the same field
Educational Background
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related field
Computer Literacy
MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and other HR-related tools.
Advance MS Office
Skills/ Licenses/Expertise
Proven experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient is using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Result-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment goals
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels
In depth knowledge in recruitment best practices
