Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Investigation Counsel Senior Manager to lead and manage corporate investigations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal investigations, assessing legal and compliance risks, and providing legal guidance to senior management. They will also oversee a team of legal professionals and collaborate with external counsel as needed. The role requires a deep understanding of corporate law, strong investigative skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal matters effectively.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate investigations and legal counsel
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, anti-corruption laws, and compliance regulations
- Proven track record of managing and leading legal teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
