Job Description

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Requirement : 1
Salary Range : P 60,000.00 (PLUS COMMISSION)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of the sales team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the company’s sales objectives across all regions in the country
are met.
2. Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly
or annual basis.
3. Responsible for leading the sales team. Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance
review and propose reward activities for the sales team.
3.1 Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program within a certain time frame that
will keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry and help each salesperson to reach their
goal.
3.2 Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings. Provide new and innovative training for the sales
team.
4. Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods. Set Competitive pricing and provide discounts
as well as records data about sales trends in individual territories. Works with distributors and
dealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge and create strategies for the business.
5. Responsible for the marketing and advertising activities for CBY products. Create productive
marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaigns
and liaise with other executives to identify new markets.
6. Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
7. Responsible for exceptional customer service and for the overall clients’ satisfaction.
8. Create new programs to meet the needs of the company’s channel partners and help reach
expected revenue.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any Business Course
• At least 3 solid years in FMCG
• At least 5 years as a Manager
SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Schedule is Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
