Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Nursing, Psychology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources / Medical Practitioner or equivalent.
Must be a Registered Nurse with training and/or background in Standard First Aid and BOSH Training. 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate must be knowledgeable in providing nursing techniques for the curative, preventive, rehabilitative, and administrative aspects of employees' health care in line with mission, vision, objectives, strategies, core values of the organization.
Prepares and distributes verbal and written information to employees regarding employee benefits, compensation, personnel policies and create healthcare awareness and program.
Responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery, promoting health, and assisting injured or ill employees by providing nursing care services.
Administered prescribed medications and treatments.
Maintain employee's individual medical records with strict confidentiality.
