Job Description
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
Job Type: Fulltime
Work Setup: Work on-site
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute GTM strategies for smart connected products, including NPD and portfolio management.
Define product roadmaps, business requirements, and features collaboratively.
Co-develop innovative solutions with business consultants.
Build consensus for your functional area vision internally and with key partners.
Evangelize your product area among stakeholders.
Create "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support proposals and enhance eminence in Smart Connected Products solutions.
Contribute to Company SCP offering growth, supporting recruitment, training, and coaching.
Assist in RFP, Estimation, and work breakdown.
Experience Requirements:
Manager: 10+ years total experience; Senior Manager: 15+ years total experience.
Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects.
Proficient in data-streaming, data abstraction, and big data.
Global environment experience using Onshore Offshore model.
Proven track record in delivering high-impact engagements for large clients.
Thorough understanding of network protocols and IIoT/Smart Connected Products Industry Standards.
Familiarity with at least one end-to-end IOT platform (e.g., AWS IOT/Thingworx, Azure IOT).
Familiarity with at least one portfolio management tool (e.g., Planisware, Changepoint, Planview, SAP PPM).
Strong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodology.
Good understanding of emerging technologies: IOT/AI/ML/Edge Computing/Blockchain/AR/VR.
Stay informed about industry 4.0 trends and emerging Smart Connected Products technologies.
