Accounting Assistant

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Location: Makati/Quezon City/Pasig/Taguig
Schedule: M-W-F (on-site), T-Th (WFH) (9am - 6pm)
Job Types: Full-time

KLAIYA is looking for a skilled Accounting Assistant to assist in maintaining financial records up to date, writing reports, entering data, and fostering positive relationships with clients. These will be your main responsibilities as an accounting associate.

What You'll Do:
-Prepare disbursement vouchers, and cheques
- Assist in monitoring and follow up billing statements of recurring expenses
- Track all the expenses of the company and analyze the budget and actual data.
- Filing and encoding of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.
- Issue bills to clients, as needed.
- Assist on collecting payments from the clients, as needed.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Other tasks related to the job that the management may be given.

Who You Are:
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Finance Management/Accounting Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in general accounting, bookkeeping, etc.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Able to handle confidential information.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge in quickbooks is required
