Job Description
2. 3-5 years work experience in Project and Maintenance of Airport, Commercial or mix use office building
3. Proficient in MS word, excel, power point, Visio
4. Upkeep and maintenance related to Civil Works and other terminal finishes Coordination in Master Planning and Site
5. Assesses Building System (Civil Works) to plan work assignments and project schedules
6. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
7. Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in timely manner
8. Deliver the Projects and repair works on time, problem solver and analytical
9. Strong communication and supervisory skills
10. Assist in budget estimates, project costing and other specific repair projects
11. Assist in implementation of the Master Plan and special projects
12. Assist in the completion and punch listing of the NTB projects (Balance of Works and Correction of defects)
