Job Description

Position: Influencer Relations Specialist
Salary: PHP 20,000- PHP 30,000
Location: Binondo , Manila
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and securing partnerships with key influencers to achieve social, marketing, and revenue objectives.
- Developing the influencer marketing strategy, outlining the action plan, specifying the workflow, determining the type of promotional material to be provided to influencers, and overseeing the influencer marketing budget.
- Incorporating the perspectives of influencers and their followers into communication and marketing strategies to align initiatives with specific target audiences.
- Responsible for overseeing, funding, and partnering with potential KOLs/influencers who have influence over our target audiences and demographics.
- Discuss the brand message with the influencer to maintain consistency throughout the campaign
- Enhancing the influencer content strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners from various departments, including social media, marketing, creative, and merchandise.
- Utilizing influencer relationships to broaden the brand's presence on social media platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, while discovering new partnership opportunities and channels.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of influencer programs and identifying areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- At least 1 year or 6 months of experience in social and influencer marketing, including the management of influencer relationships and campaigns
- Pre-existing connections with influencers and agency contacts are highly advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
