Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a delightful service experience.
Respond to customer queries via phone or email. Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Needed Qualifications:
If you have completed at least high school under the old curriculum
or are a senior high school graduate under the new curriculum,
