Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• At least 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in
graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
• Promote a business, product, or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract
prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and
reporting on the results of campaigns
• Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and
communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies,
and budgets
• Handle 2-3 Marketing Staff/ Team
