Job Description
Oversee recruitment and retention of employees, ensuring that the company is attracting and retaining top talent;
Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner;
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning;
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
