Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as_ Customer Service Representative_. As a customer service representative, you'll be the frontline support for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

Qualification:

- Senior Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Empathetic and customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Proficiency in suing computers and navigating software application.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not Required.
- Amenable to work onsite.
