Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products or services. You'll provide assistance, resolve issue, and deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels.

Qualification:

- Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and navigating software applications.
- Proficiency in using computer and navigating software applications.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Amenable to work onsite.
Salary:
