Food Technologist

In Charge of the company's product and process innovation. Provides recommendations relevant to the development and innovation of products. Formulates and develops products to satisfactorily meet clients needs and/or requirements. Collates and processes information from technical research. Coordinates with other teams in assessing and developing various approaches on cost-reduction while maintaining product quality and efficacy. Takes charge of Raw Materials (food ingredients and packaging material) evaluation and product application. Works on product development projects , Food Service (FS) sample preparation, material substitution (food ingredients and packaging), product and process improvement studies, test kitchen activities and other research projects.
