Sales Manager

Job Descriptions:
• Implement the Sales Director's online course business strategy to achieve sales goals and foster business growth.
• Lead the sales team, inspiring members to reach individual and collective sales targets.
• Create incentive plans to maximize the sales team's potential and boost performance.
• Regularly assess and plan the development of sales team members, providing professional training and coaching.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align sales activities with the overall company strategy.

Requirements:
• 2 years of sales experience and team management experience
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering team collaboration and achieving sales objectives.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at formulating and supervising the execution of action plans.
• Possess data analysis skills, accurately assessing sales actions and market trends to support business decision-making.

Shift: 6 days/week
Salary Range： 20K~60K
