Company Description:: Dempsey will provide the Client companies with several candidates for the job position that need to be filled up free of charge. These candidates will be pre-screened and pre-qualified to determine whether their qualifications and/or competencies matches with the requirements set by the Client for the desired job position. Practically the service is free. Plus it saves the company time, money and effort in entertaining number of unqualified and incompetent candidates who usually come during the usual free-for-all recruitment activities in response to expensive print advertising in a leading Sunday newspaper. Reasonable Service Fee will only be charged once you find the right person to fill up the vacant position after your own evaluation and assessment.

Job Description

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000
Work Location: Brgy. Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

 Supervises quality and accuracy of all internal and external financial reports prepared by the Accounting department team for submission to management, BIR, SEC, and LGU.
 Evaluates existing accounting process and implement improvements as needed.
 Prepares weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the management information and decision making.
 Safeguard all company’s assets and equipment by regular monitoring, lapsing and annual physical count.
 Reconciliation of financial statements’ schedules, initiation and posting of adjustments
 Responsible for the preparation, filing and payment of tax returns.
 Responsible for the preparation of daily/monthly cash position and bank reconciliation.
 Responsible for the reconciliation between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
 Coordinates with the external audit requirements.
 To provide pertinent accounting information to finance department as the need arises (e.g. application for bank/financial institution financing, loans and other forms of borrowing requirement by the Company)
 To handle concerns with BIR, LGU, SEC and other government regulatory agencies
 Performs other related functions that may be assigned to by the management
 Preferably lives Near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
