Job Description
- Monitor if expenses are within the allocated budget per project
- Forecast the cost of materials needed for various projects
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents
- Track changes in design for budget adjustment
- Procure subcontractors who can work in the project
- Measure and evaluate work done onsite
- Source and select construction materials
- Prepare reports and updates
- Board passer
- With at least 1-2 year experience on the said position
- Can start asap
- Salary:
- 24.000,00 ₱ Monthly
