Job Description
•Preferably with frontline experience especially in complaint handling
•At least 1 year working experience in front receptionist in hotel/property.
•Personable and projects a professional image
•Excellent in English (verbal and written)
•Mature, Highly trainable, Well- mannered
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
