Design Officer - Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Produce reports, drawings, documents, etc. needed for the project delivery
• Responsible for the updating of project status to his/ her immediate supervisor
• Responsible to manage the required work output for delivery of projects
• Must work closely with a team of other professionals such as Architects, Engineers, Project
Managers, etc.
• Responsible for handling and processing Materials, documents, and files in support to the
Design Team.
• Responsible to produce work related materials, reports, and presentation in support to the
Design Team.
• To assist in preparation of detailed architectural design.
• To Ensure all designs shall comply with the applicable requirements set by the company.
• Prepare detail/layout plans and the likes; building permit application and for construction
drawing package.
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Handling and managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Conceptualize designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of spaces.
• Plan and estimate budgets for projects.
• Sourcing of materials.
• Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector to ensure that the design meets
building codes.
• Draw up floor plans and sketches.
• Follow up with the client to ensure design specifications have been met.
• Prepare 3d drawings and presentation for meetings.
• Conducts site ocular when needed.
