Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process and administer accurate and timely payroll for employees in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including the calculation and deduction of statutory contributions.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather and validate employee data, ensuring completeness and accuracy for payroll processing…
Stay updated on changes in local labor laws and regulations to ensure payroll practices align with legal requirements.
Prepare and submit government reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors for payroll-related services and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role in the Philippines.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
