Account Assistant - Urgently Hiring - Dayshift

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
Ability to work on basic office suite programs (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software is preferred(e.g. Xero)
Meticulous and organized
Required language(s): English
Full-Time position(s) available

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping of company expenses
Ensure that all transactions are being recorded on a timely basis with the assurance of accuracy and completeness
Manage AR & AP, accruals, provisions, prepayments and accounts notes
Prepare accounting schedules and reconciliation of accounts
Perform month‐end closings

FIXED WEEKENDS OFF + DAYSHIFT SCHED(9AM - 6PM)
