Job Description
You will be providing day-to-day technical assistance and be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. You will conduct regular IT systems checks and maintenance activities, and participate in IT projects as required.
What will make you stand out
* At least 1 yr experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
* 1 to 2 yr experience as an IT Support
* Can START ASAP
* Willing to work in night shift, mid-shift and shifting schedule
* Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig
