Job Description

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative in Pasig - Ortigas Julia Vargas.

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
* Handle sales inquiries and upsell products. This is a must-have for those without BPO experience. It's a nice-to-have for those with BPO experience.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
* High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
* 3 months of non-voice/local call center experience.
* Sales and upselling skills are a must-have for those without BPO experience. They are nice to have for those with BPO experience.
