Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues and catering as needed.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, emails, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks.
Assist in managing office supplies inventory and ordering as necessary.
Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
