Job Description
• Monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of SAP systems and applications.
• Planning and executing upgrades and migrations of SAP systems.
• Managing change and release management processes, including testing and deployment.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems and applications.
• Developing and implementing ITIL-based service management processes for SAP systems.
Required Skills:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
• Minimum of 4 years experienced as SAP Solman.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and applications, including the ability to configure, administer, and troubleshoot them.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes and best practices.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, including configuration, administration, and usage of its various modules.
