Job Description

Position: Credit and Collection specialist
No. of required personnel: one (1)
Monthly Salary: 23,000~25,000
Job description:
 In charge of preparation of billing statements/sales invoices
 In charge of collection of payments from customers
 Facilitates the receipting process and daily deposit of collections
 Managing and safekeeping of receivable portfolio
 Safekeeping of billing statement/sales invoice and official receipts/collection receipts
 Prepare CWT per client or suppliers of goods and services
 Preparation of sales journal and cash receipts
 To provide support to general accounting and tax related matters
 Performs other related functions that may be assigned to by the management

- Graduate of or with at least 3 years experience in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Computer literate with average MS Office applications skills
- Ability to efficiently multitask administrative and ad hoc tasks
- With effective communication skills
- With excellent organizational and time management skills
- Preferably lives near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
- Willing to start ASAP
