Dempsey will provide the Client companies with several candidates for the job position that need to be filled up free of charge. These candidates will be pre-screened and pre-qualified to determine whether their qualifications and/or competencies matches with the requirements set by the Client for the desired job position. Practically the service is free. Plus it saves the company time, money and effort in entertaining number of unqualified and incompetent candidates who usually come during the usual free-for-all recruitment activities in response to expensive print advertising in a leading Sunday newspaper. Reasonable Service Fee will only be charged once you find the right person to fill up the vacant position after your own evaluation and assessment.

Job Description

HYBRID - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9 AM TO 6 PM
SALARY: TO BE DISCUSSED
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Specialist or other relevant role
• Experience in sectors and companies with high sales volumes with previous possible roles
such as financial analyst.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• An ability to analyze market trends and provide data-based advice and guidance
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all Philippine statutory legislation and regulations
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
recommending further courses of action.
• Create and manage the payment records
• Manage and improve the billing system
• Maintain the financial health of the organization
• Be ready to build and train a larger Finance team in 2022
• Help executives prepare financial forecasts for potential fundraising
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual
performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Support the businesses by corresponding with various other departments, discussing
company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Send out billing to clients and monitors statuses
• Coordinate with payment collection agency when required
• Ensure proper collection and issuance of ORs
• Processes all BIR documents and ensures approval
