Job Description

·At least 1yr experience as maintenance technician
· Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration and other systems
· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
· Manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, microsoft office knowledgeable
· Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
· High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

SALARY RANGE: 16k - 20k
WORK LOCATIONS: Las Piñas City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
