Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our database
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
