Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or
a related business management field
• Proven 1 experience in financial operations,
with a focus on disbursement processes as a
supervisor
• At least 3 years experience in overall
treasury department function with heavy
disbursement process experience

Responsibilities:
• Disbursement Processing:
o Execute the disbursement of
funds in accordance with
established procedures.
o Review and verify payment
requests for accuracy and
completeness.
o Ensure timely and accurate
processing of payments to
internal and external parties.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
o Maintain detailed records of
disbursements, including invoices,
receipts, and payment
confirmations.

o Ensure all documentation is
properly filed and organized for
auditing purposes.

• Compliance: o Adhere to company policies and

procedures related to
disbursements.
o Stay informed about relevant
financial regulations and
compliance requirements.
o Collaborate with the finance and
legal teams to ensure compliance
with internal and external
regulations.

• Communication: o Communicate with internal
departments to obtain necessary
information for disbursement
processing.
o Address inquiries and concerns
from vendors, suppliers, and
internal stakeholders regarding
payments.

• Vendor Management: o Build and maintain positive
relationships with vendors and
suppliers.
o Address any discrepancies or
issues related to payments
promptly and professionally.
• System Management: o Utilize financial systems and
software to process
disbursements efficiently.
o Work closely with IT or relevant
departments to troubleshoot any
technical issues related to
disbursement systems.
• Reporting: o Generate regular reports on
disbursement activities for
management review.

o Provide insights and
recommendations for process
improvement.
