Job Description
Graduate of a degree in personnel management, industrial relations, business administration, psychology, or communication arts.
Previous work experience as Personnel Clerk is recommended with exposure to the different aspects of HR work.
B. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Verbal ability is necessary to communicate with employees and applicants regarding personnel-related inquiries and concerns and in making contacts with administrators, employees and outside contacts.
Clerical ability is needed to perform the different clerical functions required of the job.
Motor coordination is needed for encoding data from the computer and in typing data.
Manual dexterity is needed for sorting and filing of records.
Incumbent must have a preference for routine, concrete, and organized activities, adaptable to keeping records and to interviewing.
Incumbent must be versatile; work involves a variety of duties so the incumbent must be able to do multi-tasking.
