Job Description
Good in CPU hardware and software troubleshooting / Printer Troubleshooting / Network basic.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ha customer service and rapport-building skills.
Has problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Intermediate in analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Willing to do fieldwork if required
Has basic knowledge of ticketing systems.
Basic knowledge in Server, Router, and Switches installation
Has a customer-oriented personality
Has flexibility in fieldwork
