Job Description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Wave 1). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and support. This involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications
Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Ability to provide excellent customer experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in a customer service or related field is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
