Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage our inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, coordinate inventory audits, and implement efficient inventory management practices.
Responsibilities:
Regularly monitor and analyze inventory levels.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet demand.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
Generate reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
Lead and supervise the inventory team.
Provide training and support to team members.
Conduct regular inventory audits to validate accuracy.
Implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Communicate effectively with other departments to address inventory-related issues.
Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend relevant technologies.
SALARY RANGE: PHP50,000/month
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
CPA with at least 2-3 years of experience
Inventory Accounting experience
With experience in using SAP/Oracle
Above Average Communication Skills
