Job Description
Attain superior client satisfaction by being the best at receiving, identifying, shipping, and ensuring the quality of the items.
Evaluate and document the efficiency of personnel performance and storage operations.
Maintain and arrange the storage space and inventory.
Verify the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
Employee coaching and job expectations communication
Establish staffing levels and workload distribution.
Interact with clients to address concerns or provide answers
Keep track of the things you own, record the information you need, and use reports to monitor the status of your warehouse.
Determine what needs to be improved, then implement creative solutions or modify current work processes and practices.
