Branch Manager (Apalit)

The Branch Manager is responsible for Apalit branch performance including the
following
c.1.1.1.1 hires, trains, manages and oversees branch personnel;
c.1.1.1.2 Manifests and represent “4B Construction Corporation to
clients and co-employees in a professional level that will assist
in achieving the mission, vision and quality policy of the
company and goals and objectives of operation department.
c.1.1.1.3 Practice the 4 Bes of 4B, The Values and Habits of 4B
Construction Corporation as follows: a) Be Clear; b) Be
Active; c) Be a Listener; d) Be Cooperative
c.1.1.1.4 plans and directs branch operation
c.1.1.1.5 supervises total branch operations;
c.1.1.1.6 delivers high-level methodologies for RMA, RMC and

Construction

c.1.1.1.7 ensures efficient operation on a day to day basis;
c.1.1.1.8 provides excellent customer satisfaction;
c.1.1.1.9 delivers product and services based on agreed specifications

and timelines;

c.1.1.1.10 protects company privileged, confidential and sensitive

information from any inadvertent disclosure.
c.1.1.1.11 monitors and manages branch’s OPEX & CAPEX.
c.1.1.1.12 improves productivity and streamlining branch activities to
maximize results and achieve peak performance levels in
accordance with the company’s vision and mission; and

c.1.1.1.13 grow branch revenue.
