Job Description
* Drive sales and attain targets through deployment of strategies based on identified challenges
* Oversee and assess day to day counter operations both onsite and offsite locations
* Guide BCO Assistants to manage customer inquiries, long queues and resolve complaints from irate customers
* Reconcile payment discrepancies such as returns, refunds, adjustments, and voids in finalizing reports Maintain documentation pertaining to daily operational activities
* Validate cash replenishment requests and monitor counter supplies and products inventory level
* Train BCO Assistants in accordance with BCO process and policies
