Job Description
The HR & GA Assistant assists the overall functions of the HR & General Administration Department. He/She will also be responsible for updating HR databases and maintaining employee records. This role also includes providing support in various human resource functions such as recruitment and staffing, employee record keeping, benefits administration, performance management, time keeping, and purchasing.
HR Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding process of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support administration of employee benefit programs
• Assist the HR Dept in different aspects of HR responsibilities
• Be a focal point for admin tasks in relation to events, logistics and coordination.
Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting to all company events
• Assisting with procedures for performance management
• Provides assistance on the logistical requirements of the business
• Other duties reasonably necessary for the performance of HR and Logistics related functions as may be required by the business
• Addressing employee questions and requests regarding HR-related queries
• Manage the efficient use and inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Administration files custodian
• Liaise with internal and external partners
• Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in language(s)/ Dialect(s): English and Filipino
• With excellent organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Has the skills and resourcefulness to resolve various administrative and HR-related issues.
• Has positive work attitude and can develop favorable interpersonal dynamics with others.
• Personable, articulate, results-driven, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
