Job Description
- Graduate of any Business Course, Psychology or a related field
- Experience working in Learning and Development as team lead or any similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Professional training certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and L&D
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO
WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
