Remote Virtual Assistant - Paid Ads and Graphic Design

Job description
We are looking for a virtual assistant who can create and manage paid ads campaigns and design graphics for our home improvement business. You will work remotely and report to the marketing manager.

Responsibilities:

Create and run paid ads campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the ads campaigns, using analytics tools and best practices
Design graphics for the ads campaigns, as well as for the website, social media, and other marketing materials
Ensure the graphics are consistent with the brand identity and the industry standards
Communicate with the marketing manager and other team members regularly and provide updates and reports on the ads campaigns and the graphics

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
Experience in creating and managing paid ads campaigns on various platforms
Experience in graphic design, using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry and its target audience
Excellent communication and writing skills
