Job Description
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
• Document and update customer records accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
Location: Makati / BGC Taguig, Philippines
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Base pay: 23k – 25k (Based on qualifications)
Additional Bonuses will be discussed after hiring (UP TO 80K COMMISSION)
