Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent, manage the
recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a
successful hiring process.
2. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and
knowledge, collaborate with managers to identify training needs, and ensure that training is aligned with
the company's strategic objectives.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that align
with the company's goals and values, provide regular feedback to employees, and support their
professional development.
4. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee issues promptly and
fairly, communicate effectively with employees, and promote open communication channels.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, develop policies and procedures that
promote compliance, and provide guidance to managers on compliance matters.
6. HR Administration: Manage HR administration tasks such as benefits enrollment, employee records
management, and leave management.
7. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to develop HR strategies that
align with the company's strategic objectives, identify HR priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
8. Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively by developing budget proposals, monitoring
expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
9. Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team effectively by setting clear goals, providing regular
feedback, coaching and developing team members, and fostering a positive work environment.
10. Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights that inform HR decision-making and
strategy development
