Job Description
Reports to: Project Manager & Senior Project Supervisor
Job Summary: To plan the company’s outside service project to ensure that smooth work implementation will be achieved with the satisfaction of the customer through fulfilling the promised commitment with quality output; To monitor the progress of work thru daily updating for the purpose of completing the job on time at the least expected cost, and also providing the customer progress
report, timely feedback, and close coordination so that possible opportunity will be generated and to capture customer confidence and ultimately their trust; Overseeing the production or the provision of services to clients; To make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients
Work Location: NCR Area; Willing to travel
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Willingness to work long hours
Salary Budget: Minimum Wage, depending on the experience/s
- Graduate of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- With at least 2-5 years of work experience related to Project Engineering
- Candidate must be self-motivated with a tract record of handling projects
- Familiar with Microsoft Project
- Familiar with Customer Relation Management (CRM)
- Good written and oral communications skills
- The ability to plan and manage a project
- Good people skills for working with a range of colleagues and clients
- The ability to lead and motivate a team / Leadership Skills
- Can work under pressure
