Job Description
CUSTOMER CARE HEAD
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Marketing Management, Operations Management, Business
Administration or other relevant degree
At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
Preferably from a Construction Company
Effective customer service and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent the company in meetings and conferences that require technical
information, opinion or decision on project management.
Develop and recommend training program of the department designed to update,
hone and improve competence and skill of the group.
Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing
and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs;
developing field sales action plans.
Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
SALARY RANGE: 35k – 40k
BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
