Job Description
● Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
● Research potential vendors/suppliers
● Track orders and ensure timely delivery
● Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
● Manage purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
● Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
● Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
● Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
● Working with inventory staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree.
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a purchaser
