E-Commerce Officer

Role Overview:
Our company is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Specialist/Officer to manage and optimize our online stores on platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online shopping experience and boosting online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:

. Oversee and manage product listings, ensuring that product information, such as images, descriptions, and prices, are accurate and updated.

. Monitor inventory levels and update the online store accordingly.

. Set up and manage Shopee and Lazada shop.

. Collaborate with the live-streaming team to develop effective SOP's and achieve sales target.

Order Processing:

. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

. Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability and delivery.

Sales and Promotions:

Plan, execute, and monitor online promotions and marketing campaigns on Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada to increase store visibility and sales.

. Work with the marketing Teams to develop engaging content tailored for each platform.



Market Analysis:

. Perform competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- Proven track record in managing E-commerce platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity in SEO Principles
- Strong knowledge in Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok Flatforms.
- Experience in E-Commerce Operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Strong analytical Skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
