Job Description

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
∙ Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree
∙ Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
∙ Experience in handling employee discipline
∙ With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
∙ Conduct investigations (end to end process)
∙ Assist in formulation of company policy
∙ Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards

- 30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
