Job Description

-Designs digital media campaigns aligned with Plant/ Manufacturer and AUTOHUB Group’s business goals.
-Works with marketing, sales and service team members in the development of content for the brand’s websites and social media platforms including banners and promotions
-Ensures efficient and effective administration in the following areas of digital marketing:
a. Social Media Administration
 Creates Social Media Plan and submits to Immediate Head for review and endorsement to General Manager for approval
 Maintains and administers prescribed company social media platforms such as but not limited to facebook and instagram
 Posts approved contents/marketing campaigns on social media daily
 Monitors engagements, clicks/views, and audience reach of each post on a daily basis;
 Analyzes post performance based on engagement metrics and enhances succeeding post contents to ensure maximum audience reach and engagements.
b. Website Updating and Maintenance
 Monitors company website contents and ensures that all contents are accurate and updated at any given time
 Creates relevant contents and coordinates with Creatives Department for necessary artworks
 Endorses the website artworks / contents to the website maintenance service provider for website updating
 Checks the website for issues and content gaps and reports issues / concerns to the Immediate Head which cannot be addressed at his/her level
c. Online Inquiries Monitoring and Endorsement
 Checks and monitors websites and social media for online inquiries;
 Endorses online inquiries to the concerned personnel/ department and monitors them for providing feedback promptly
 Keeps track of inquiries by logging them in the database and updates in the database daily
 Prepares monthly report for online inquiries in all channels indicating each status and submits to Immediate Head for review on a prescribed timeline.
-Reports to immediate head any issues/ concerns on digital media administration which cannot be addressed at his/her level
-Develops sales and service marketing advertising and promotional materials and submits to Immediate Head for approval
-Executes the procedural and documentation requirements in developing advertising and promotional materials.
-Ensures that the promotional and advertising materials are compliant to the Corporate Identity Standards of Plant/ Manufacturer.
-Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the advertising and promotional materials developed and recommends for enhancements upon evaluation
-other duties as assigned
