Job Description
The Head of Product role focuses on managing the product throughout the product lifecycle,
gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. It also includes working with sales,
marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. it also includes
ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
● Apply strategic and innovative vision to drive project progress, ensure stakeholder
engagement, and overcome any implementation obstacles that the projects may encounter
● Maintain close communication with the COE, implementing partner, and stakeholders to
support successful project implementation
● Documentation of product requirements, design and implementation
● Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Requirements:
● Has at least 5 years of experience in product management and managing the full software
development life cycle, from ideation to prototyping, market launch and product sunset
● Familiarity with B2B and B2C products
● Willing to roll up sleeves and perform as part of total productivity and deliverables
like QA, documentation writing and actual development
● Understanding of the media and entertainment industry - live stream, videogames
● Experience using agile methodologies and scrum as product management
● High-quality organizational and leadership skills
● Capable of negotiating with the stakeholders
● Capable of managing and mentoring 2-5 product managers, tester
● Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
● Has an analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics
● Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, justifying and managing OPEX
